White Spots on Impatients

I have some New Guinea Impatient that have white spots on them. Almost looks light they are losing some of their color. Am I overwatering them? Not all of the colors do this, mostly the two toned ones.

I've seen this problem before on New Guineas, especially in wet, humid conditions. These plants like a lot of heat and very wet conditions can cause them to have fungal problems.
