No flowers on Morning Glories

My morning glories which are planted on a fence on the west side of the yard are healthy but have no flowers on them. I have planted the same flowers in this area for years and have been successful but not this year. Any ideas?

Well I'd guess it's been our summer temperatures. Across much of the country we've been having a cooler than average summer and nighttime temps have really been cool. This is why your plants are probably not blooming yet. My plants, for example, JUST started blooming this week. With hot, sunny weather,  your plants should flower.
