Morning Glory Worries

I soaked morning glory seeds over night in water spiked w/ dish soap. The following morning I put them in a paper towel thinking I would get to them that evening. Unfortunately, I was not able to plant them for a few days. Anyway, they sprouted while waiting to be planted. I still planted them but do you think the seeds will grow?

Thanks for writing. As long as the seeds didn't dry out in the paper towel, they should grow just fine. If they did dry out after they started growing roots, then they may not.

BTW: There's no need to add dishsoap when starting large seeds between pieces of paper towels. It can actually harm the roots of some types of plants.

I know you can start them indoors, then transplant them outside. So, if I had to guess, I think they will be okay.
