Delphinium leaves are light green

Delphinium plant leaves are a light green, what could the cause be and how can remedy it. Milwaukee, Wi

Hi, I don't know for sure, but if they are getting enough sunlight and are not growing in very wet soil, I might try giving them a little slow-release granular fertilizer in the spring. I would not feed them now because it will encourage them to put on new growth. Also, keep in mind that delphiniums do begin to die back in the fall naturally.
