I have green and red pepper plants and on the underside of the leaves is what look like small white larvi and did find a small green catapillar. How do I get rid of them?

Thanks for writing. I'd first try removing them by hand or with a strong stream of water from a garden hose. If that doesn't seem to help, an application of insecticidal soap or neem oil (both considered organic treatments) should help.
