I am out of eggs; can I use something else in baking?
The only product we recommend using in place of eggs in baking is the refrigerated or frozen egg product that you can purchase (use 1/4 cup egg product for each egg called for). Eggs are unique in the structure they provide in baked goods, so ther are no other substitutes to suggest.
