The only product we recommend using in place of eggs in baking is the refrigerated or frozen egg product that you can purchase (use 1/4 cup egg product for each egg called for). Eggs are unique in the structure they provide in baked goods, so ther are no other substitutes to suggest.

For baking sweets, you can always substitute banana or applesauce for eggs. I'm vegan, so I do this often when I convert a recipe to be vegan. :)
