How do I make cranberry-orange relish?

The 1968 version of the cookbook has a cran-raspberry ring salad. Ocean Spray no longer makes the cranberry-orange relish required. Can you help with an updated version of this salad that has been a standard for over 40 years?

Try using canned whole cranberry sauce and stir in 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel to make your own cranberry-orange relish. Good luck!
