Why is my turkey stuffing too moist?

Stuffing should be pretty dry before putting it into the turkey cavity. Your stuffing was probably moist to begin with and soaked up  additional juices from the turkey during the cooking process. Next time be sure the stuffing is dry before cooking it in the turkey.
