My chocolate has white patches on it. Is it still good?

This is what we call "bloom". When stored at temperatures warmer than 78°F, the cocoa butter in the chocolate will melt and rise to the surface creating this film. It affects the appearance, but not the quality or flavor of the chocolate. This film will go away once the chocolate is melted.
