Can I do make-ahead mashed potatoes in the crock pot?

Do you have a make ahead mashed potato recipe in crock pot? I had one, cant find it, makes the prep so much easier.

You don't need a special mashed potato recipe for your slow cooker, you can prepare any of your favorite mashed potato recipes and keep them warm in a slow cooker on low up to 2 hours. You may need to stir in milk as you go if they dry out a bit.

I do this for every holiday get together as we host a large group. Make the potatoes with a little milk, lots of butter, and sour cream. They stay nice & fluffy and don't need to be stirred.
