Less than 10 g fat per 3.5-ounce serving:

  • Round steak
  • Chuck shoulder
  • Arm roast
  • Strip steak
  • Tenderloin
  • T-bone steak

Even lower, weighing in at 5 g fat per 3.5-ounce serving:

  • Eye of round
  • Top round
  • Bottom round
  • Top sirloin
