What is the difference is between country-style pork ribs and boneless pork ribs?
I would like to know what is the difference is between country-style pork rib and boneless pork rib in a recipe?
Pork country-style ribs, which are meatier than pork loin back ribs, are available bone-in and boneless. So, use bone-in or boneless country-style ribs according to your recipe. They are not usually used interchangeably in recipes with pork loin back ribs, which have less meat and are always sold with bones.
