My turkey thawed too soon. What can I do?
A thawed turkey can be held for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. If you can't use it within that time, go ahead and roast it, cut it up, chill up to 24 hours, then reheat in a 350°F. oven with some broth to keep it moist. Do not refreeze a thawed turkey.
