Experts and BHG readers answer.
My triglycerides are high. Which foods should I eat to bring that number down?
Fish, lean meats in small quantities, dark green and deep yellow vegetables, fruit, high-fiber bread products, soft margarine, and skim milk make up a triglyceride-lowering diet. Avoid carbohydrates such as baked goods, sweetened sodas, and white bread as much as possible.
