How to prepare outdoor-type foods for an indoor party?

My son wants lake-themed food for his graduation party, such as hot dogs and s'mores what is a good way to prepare and serve this at an indoor party?

What a fun party! For an outdoor flavor inside, cook your hot dogs using the broiler in your oven—it cooks similar to a grill. When the hot dogs are done, set them in buns and stack them on a platter for a fun presentation. For s'mores without the campfire, there are a couple of good options. One is to use your microwave. Layer the graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow on a plate and microwave for 10-15 seconds or until the marshmallow is soft then top with another graham cracker. The other method is to use your broiler to make the s'mores as well (which is an easier way to get a lot done at once too). Set graham cracker halves in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then top with chocolate squares and a marshmallow. Broil until the marshmallow is golden and/or soft, then top with the other graham cracker half. Good luck!
