My grilled pork always turns out dry. What can I do?
There are a few things to try. Brining or marinading the pork ahead of time can make for juicier meat. Also, make sure you use your meat thermometer to check the pork is done cooking. You can remove the pork from the grill when its internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Overcooking the pork can make it dry.
