Can I stuff my turkey the day before serving, then chill it until roasting time?

We do not recommend stuffing a turkey ahead for any length of time due to the possible presence of harmful bacteria. Instead, you can dry your bread cubes ahead, and you can even cook your vegetables ahead and chill them up to 24 hours. Then it's easy to just toss everything together and stuff.
