Is it okay to assemble an apple pie and bake it the next day?

I am making my apple pie up the night before cooking how will I make sure it will be ok until the next day when I bake it? I am from Bernalillo, NM

We don't recommend this. If made ahead without baking, the pastry may become too wet and be soggy after baking. The best way to make your apple pie the day before you serve it is to bake the pie completely, then chill it overnight. Let the pie stand at room temperature before serving.
