How do I convert a pie recipe to tartlets?

I would like to convert a couple of your pie recipes to tartlets, is there a rule of thumb for baking time?

There isn't really a general rule of thumb for converting pie recipes to tarlets. It depends on the pastry being used and the type of filling. In general, use the doneness test that you use for the larger tart and start checking at about half of the baking time of the larger tart.
