What color cabinets with dark esspresso stained wood floors?
I was interested in white cabinets with a darker esspresso stained wood floor? But now I am finding that maybe the Thermafoil white are the only white cabinets in my price range? Opinion, will those look too cheap? If so what stain of wood cabinets should I go with instead to match my wood floors?
White cabinets look great in any kitchen, and would create beautiful contrast against your espresso-stained flooring. The type of cabinet you choose is a matter of personal preference combined with budget. It’s never a good idea to install an item you’re not in love with, because you’ll probably end up replacing it later anyway—costing you more in the long run. There are two options: Put off the project and save up for cabinets you really want, or have your current cabinets painted white. Note: even inexpensive cabinetry looks good and feels weighty in hand when nice, hefty hardware is used. Good luck!

My husband and I redid our kitchen in our first house and we used the thermfoil--I thought they looked cheap until the kitchen was done and it ended up looking great and were SUPER easy to keep clean-I even scrubbed day old yellow mustard off them with no signs of a spill-painted would have had a stain! I personally wouldn't do a dark floor-unless you like to clean alot! They show everything! Good Luck!
